Sarah's Technique class

The use of breath engaged the whole body in the movement with the alignment of the body and pulling up through the centre. With the skull floating above the spine, releasing tension in the upper body also reminded the rest of the body to relax. In this way movement became more clear and direct in the space. Although I was fully engaged within the movement, the arms seem to be lost, not knowing what to do with them at times. Looking at the video, the arms are loosely hanging on the sides or not completely extanding through the movement , however I feel that if they were fully involved, it would have enlarged the movement capacity and dynamic.
